There are many students who want to give up or postpone the exams again because of fear of failure or negative hearsay about the exams.
Before you decide, just take a look at Israel Adesanya who defeated Alex Pereira in the UFC fight on Saturday. Although, they have met 3 times before and Alex defeated him. In short, Israel’s last defeat was 5 months ago and it was in the hands the same Alex.
However, Isreal Adesanya did not let those defeats get to him, instead he saw those defeats as an opportunity to improve on himself and learn from his past mistakes.
He improved on himself

– psychologically
– mentally
– Continuous hope of victory.
It was obvious during his interview as he promised to end the match as quickly as possible. When he was also asked why he put on a dog collar. His response “I’m a dog” It’s a dog collar and I’m about to be unleashed.” As promised, he knocked Alex out in a fierce round 2 battle.
Similarly, when it boils down to passing your ICAN exams, your failure in the exams is still a step. You must not give up on yourself, you must not let defeat get to you. Instead, see it as an opportunity to improve and relearn some of the topics you did not understand very well.
Like Adesanya, channel your energy of negativity into studying, understanding concepts, revision and resting because this body needs to recover.
