How to be 30% More Productive and Pass Your Exams.

As a peak performer, I started to experience lots of stress,

low output in my work and an excruciating pain in my back,

so, I went to the hospital for checkup, after the test, the doctor

found out that I don’t rest too well. But, I told the doctor that

I always sleep well but he asked how often do I rest during

the day? I told him non. As a result, he prescribe some

drugs that only give me a temporal 7days relief. After 7 days,

the pain actually continued, so I went back to the hospital

and the doctor suggested that I should always take 5 to

10minutes off work in every 50 minutes by stretching

my body and a little walk. So, I followed the doctor’s advice

and it has really helped me in all facets of life.

So, I thought I’d give you one of my favorite high performance plans.

You’ll be 30% more productive (and energized), if you do these four things:

1. Sleep 50 minutes more.
Unless you usually sleep 8 hours per night, bump your

regular sleep routine up by 50 minutes. This means go

to bed 50 minutes earlier. That extra sleep will improve

your cognitive scores by 22% within 7 days..

2. Spend 50 minutes in the morning stretching and strategizing.
Stretch for 20 minutes then strategize your day for 30 minutes.

This means you do not check email or respond to others

in the first 50 minutes of the day. This alone will change your life. 

3. Work/create in 50-minute scheduled blocks.
During these blocks, NOTHING is allowed to happen except

you focus and work. You don’t take calls, look at your inbox,

browse, or start other activities. You do ONE THING.

I block 4-5 of these per day. FOCUS.

4. Every 50 minutes, take a BREAK.
I set an alarm on my phone to go off every 50 minutes.

It helps me get that block time done, but it also makes sure I

stand, stretch and hydrate every hour. It refreshes the mind,

allows the body to re-align after sitting, and builds up tremendous stores of energy.

I have proven these four things can get anyone 30% more energy

and effectiveness in just one week. The above technique have

been applied in many companies. In fact, some companies even

put indicators of what you should do every 50 minutes and failure

to it will attract query. So, you can also try it out for the

next 7days and see what will happen after all, there is no risk at stake.
