2 methods of studying you must avoid like a rattlesnake…

Timothy Here Again,

As your ICAN Exam gets closer and closer, students tend to adopt different methods of studying.
Some are very important and advantageous while others are at a disadvantage which most times, contributes to your exam failure.

As a result, we will be looking at 2 methods of studying you must avoid.  I recommend that you avoid them LIKE A RATTLESNAKE up until the exam.
They are:

1. Allowing distractions to take over each day. This applies to watching TV every evening. Sending text messages to friends throughout the day. Listening to the news, or scrolling through Instagram feeds.
It’s just putting off what you need to do. Leave all of these activities till after your ICAN November Diet Exams. It’s about being self-disciplined and you have to do it.

2. Staying up all night cramming. Yes, your ICAN Exam is coming up next month and you may feel like panicking one week before the day arrives. But it’s important not to neglect your brain.
Your brain needs time to process and consolidate the new material you’ve covered, so that it can recall information whenever you need it. You may not have time for a full 8 hours, but do your best to sleep 6–7 hours each night if possible.
