Time waits for no man. That is why you cannot keep time, you cannot save time like the way we do with money, commodities and assets. You can only spend it wisely.
If you remember, when the result was released, it was just like yesterday. But now, your exam is just 19 days left.
And I know that you should be doing your revision by now. Please I want to emphasize one counter-productive habit as you get started with your revision.
You might say that you will have the strength to cope. Yes, you can but that was when you were young, agile and gat no kids and family that you cater for.
That was when you did nothing but sleep, eat and be ready to study; that was when you were like CR7 (THE GOAT) at its peak; dazzling in the peach when he was at Manchester United and Real Madrid a couple of years ago.
But now you are no longer that person again. Issues of life from family dedication and commitment, to a job which consumes energy and power physically and emotionally, need to be replenished.
I know by now you will be wondering what that thing is? It is very simple. It is SLEEP.
You can’t compare yourself with those young chaps writing ICAN exams. They still have fewer issues, and age is still on their side. In fact, they may be working too but some of them, still have parents who still support them financially.
So, don’t compare yourself with them. Starting from today, sleep at least 6hours daily so that your brain can function well in the exams. So that when the Examiner brings a question, you don’t understand, the socket in your brain will not burn out of high exam tension and pressure which makes you go blank for 30mins minutes or more.
